Vote For The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Players Of The Week

We have nine male and six female finalists for The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Player of the Week votes.

The votes will run until noon on Thursday. The winners will receive our Player of the Week T-shirts.

Here are the male finalists:

Will Capalbo, Fairfield Co-Op Hockey. In his final game before donating bone marrow to his brother, Capalbo posted a shutout in a 10-0 win over Norwalk-McMahon.

Jack Conley, New Canaan Track. Conley won the shotput at the FCIAC Championships.

Chet Ellis, Staples Track. Ellis tied a meet record in winning the high jump at the FCIAC Championships.

Myles Hall, St. Joseph Track. Hall won the 55-meter hurdles at the FCIAC Championships.

Jacob Hefele, Danbury Track. Hefele won the 1,600 at the FCIAC Championships.

Jackson Hemphill, Fairfield Ludlowe Track. Hemphill won the pole vault at the FCIAC Championships.  

Simon Jupp, Ridgefield Track. Jupp won the 300 and 600 meters at the FCIAC Championships.

Korey Morton, Brien McMahon Track. Morton set a meet record in winning the 55-meter dash at the FCIAC Championships.

Will Rolapp, Darien Basketball. Rolapp scored 44 points, an FCIAC high for the season, in an overtime win against Fairfield Ludlowe.

 

Here are the female finalists:

Emily Alexandru, Trumbull Track. Alexandru won the 600 at the FCIAC Championships.

Nia Christie, St. Joseph Track. Christie won the high jump at the FCIAC Championships.

Sophie Curcio, New Canaan Track. Curcio won the 3,200 at the FCIAC Championships.

Meilee Kry, Danbury Track. Kry won the long jump at the FCIAC Championships.

Maya Mocarski, Fairfield Ludlowe Track. Mocarski won the 3,200 at the FCIAC Championships.

Jordan Numme, Greenwich Track. Numme won the 300 at the FCIAC Championships.
