We have six finalists for The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Player of the Week vote.
The vote will run until noon on Wednesday. The winner will receive our Player of the Week T-shirts.
Here are the finalists:
Serenity Mayhew, Norwalk Basketball. Mayhew scored 12 points and dominated the boards in a Class LL quarterfinal win over Mercy.
Steve Paolini, St. Joseph Basketball. Paolini scored 29 points in a Division IV quarterfinal win over Stonington.
Luke Rwambuya, New Canaan Basketball. Rwambuya finished with 12 points, six rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks in a Division IV quarterfinal win over St. Bernard.
James St. Pierre, Ridgefield Basketball. St. Pierre scored 37 points in a Division I second-round loss to Immaculate.
Caitlyn Scott, Trinity Catholic Basketball. Scott scored 23 points in a Class S semifinal win over St. Paul.
Timmond Williams, Trumbull Basketball. Williams scored 28 points in a Division I second-round win over Hamden.
I have seen Mayhew play basketball and she is an excellent player for a freshman. I enjoy watching her play she is going to be the player to watch the up coming years. Go Norwalk High.
