Vote For The BlueStreak-Ruden Report Male And Female Players Of The Week

With a goal of recognizing the accomplishments of more athletes, and because of the popularity of our Team of the Week votes, we are experimenting the rest of the season with letting readers decide our BlueStreak-Ruden Report Male and Female Players of the Week, with the hope that this will become a permanent process starting in the fall.

This week’s vote will run until noon on Thursday. The winners will receive our Team of the Week T-shirts.

Sean O’Malley 3 three run hr’s in one week !!!

    • I seek nominations from all over and try to keep track of all athletes but it is hard for me to keep up on everyone (which is why I seek out nominations). Sorry this got overlooked.

  2. Do you nominate defense players in boys lacrosse (aside from goalies) ?

    • I never put restrictions on any position. Defensive players often get overlooked because there are few measurable statistics, but I consider everyone.

  3. I’d like to point out that this week an RHS Sophmore here in ridgefield named Weston Carpender scored 7 goals and had two assists, which seems more than deserving of a nomination
